Green Valley Business Park

Green Valley Business Park is owned by the Pottawatomie County Economic Development Corporation. It's location at the corner of Green Valley Road and the U.S. Highway 24 four-lane makes it an ideal location for light manufacturers, wholesalers and service businesses. Its carefully considered zoning ensures that the park remains attractive to both its tenants and to bordering residential areas.


This 70 acre park contains 19 fully developed lots. 12 of these lots are already occupied by several manufacturers, heating and air-conditioning, plumbing and other service businesses.

7 fully developed lots ranging in size from 1.4 to 1.7 acres, are currently for sale. Sale prices are very reasonable given the highly competitive location of this park.
