Westmoreland Industrial Park

The Westmoreland Industrial Park is owned and marketed by Farmers State Bank in Westmoreland. There are approximately 20 acres of land total, which is available, at no cost, to qualified businesses. This park includes some prime frontage lots along Highway 99. A museum complex, restaurant, car wash and some storage units currently occupy parts of the park.


Westmoreland is only 25 minutes from Manhattan, 12 minutes from the Wamego/Hwy. 24 corridor, and about 30 minutes from Interstate 70. North, it is about 1.5 hours to Lincoln, Nebraska via US Hwy. 99.

Westmoreland is actively recruiting for small to intermediate manufacturing industries to anchor this park over the long term.
